Return Process

Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Once your request is submitted, our technical team will review the details and may request photos or videos to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
After approval, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
